SERENITY Diffuser Blend

SERENITY is a detoxifying, cleansing, stress reducing blend of essential oils including ylang-ylang, Sweet Orange, Lavender, Verbena & Peppermint.  

The essential oils in this blend have calming and uplifting qualities to help boost feelings of wellbeing and also encourage relaxation. They also have antibacterial and antiseptic qualities so a great blend for cleansing and refreshing your space.

The SERENTIY blend when used can help to create an environment which is conducive to mindfulness and relaxation. Helping to uplift, relax and support a deeper connection to self.

Ylang-Ylang is known for both it's calming and uplifting qualities enhancing mood, reducing anxiety and promoting feelings of calmenss and relaxation.

Sweet Orange is a bright and uplifting essential oil, it encourages feelings of cheerfulness and positivity. It can help dispel negative thoughts and assist in focusing on the present.

Peppermint is both refreshing and invigorating. It can assist in reducing fatigue, tension and can enhance mental clarity.

Verbena and Lavender are calming, soothing and stress reducing in their qualities helping to create a tranquil, peaceful and restful atmosphere.

Fill your diffuser or oil burner with the appropriate amount of water and add up to 15 drops of the oil, enjoy as the scent fills your space!

TIP: You can also add a few drops of this blend to your yoga mat to keep it smelling fresh! (not for children under 5) or blend with a carrier oil to create a massage oil.
