SPA DAY is a detoxifying, cleansing, stress reducing blend.

The essential oils in this blend have calming and uplifting qualities to help boost feelings of wellbeing. They also have antibacterial and antiseptic qualities so a great blend for cleansing and refreshing your space. 

A great blend while practicing exercise such as yoga

Fill your diffuser or oil burner with the appropriate amount of water and add up to 15 drops of the oil, enjoy as the scent fills your space!

During pregnancy - Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils. For External use only. Keep out of reach of children. If in contact with skin or eyes, rinse well.

TIP: You can also add a few drops of this blend to your yoga mat to keep it smelling fresh! (not for children under 5) or blend with a carrier oil to create a massage oil.
