What are your Delivery Charges?
We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 3 working days using Royal Mail UK Standard Shipping: Royal Mail 2nd Class (3- 5 Days) £3.50.
Do you deliver to Europe and the rest of the World?
Unfortunately at this time we are only able to supply our products to UK customers, we are keeping this under review and hope to be able to offer our products to customers in Europe and the rest of the world in the future.
Do you use Recycled Packaging?
Yes, when possible we re- use packaging, so you may receive your parcel in outer packaging that has been used before, but we think it's better to re- use than to create waste.
All the new packaging we use is recycled, recyclable, re-useable or compostable. The glassine bags we use in our packaging can be thrown onto the compost pile, or recycled. The tissue paper we use to wrap our soaps with is printed using soy inks and is fully compostable and the ribbon we use on our giftboxes is made from recycled plastic bottles!
Can the aluminum Tea- light holders be recycled once used?
In some Local Authority areas you can recycle aluminium tealight holders with your metal / can recycling - unfortunately for Shetland residents that doesn't happen here! BUT the recycled candle company would very gladly receive your used tea-lights - and any other old candles you may have, here is a link on their website which tells you how:

How do you offset your carbon footprint?
In addition to trying to reduce the quantity of non recyclable items we use, sourcing our ingredients from sustainable sources and offering a click and collect service for local orders we also plant a tree for every order placed. We are currently building a tiny soapery 21 forest in Madagascar

Do you use fragrance oils in your products?
No, we only use pure essential oils in our products. It is important to us to use natural ingredients and while creating products with an amazing scent is hugely important to us the health and wellbeing qualities of these essential oils are just as important.
Do your products have health benefits?
We use natural ingredients because we love how amazing nature is at helping have a positive impact on our bodies and minds. However, we’re not trained medical professionals so we can’t guarantee that our products will improve pre-existing health conditions. Any descriptions you read on our site relates to the commonly recognised characteristics and traits of each ingredient used. Sometimes we'll share some feedback on the impact our products have had on the lives of our customers because we think it is good to share how our products have helped them and hope they can help others too!. Please do make sure you read the ingredient list fully and are aware of potential allergens.
Are your ingredients Organic?
Many of the products we use are organic and we are moving towards using more organic ingredients. We are not 100% organic yet but we are working towards getting there.
