SLEEPY  is a soothing, calming & relaxing blend of essential oils including Lavender, Bergamot, Clary Sage, HoWood & Cedarwood.

The essential oils in this blend can help to create a sense of peace, remove feelings of stress, calm the mind and aid a restful sleep.

The SLEEPY blend, with its combination of essential oils encourages relaxation and emotional balance. When used in your evening routine this blend can help quiet the mind and prepare the body for a restful night’s sleep.

Lavender well known for its calming and soothing effects, promotes a sense of peace and tranquility while reducing anxiety and stress. Bergamot offers uplifting yet calming qualities, helping to alleviate feelings of sadness and tension. Clary Sage not only alleviates stress but also promotes mental clarity and balances hormones, enhancing emotional stability. HoWood is grounding and calming for the mind,  reducing anxiety and tension, while Cedarwood provides a sense of security and stability, further aiding in stress reduction and promoting deeper sleep.

Together the blend supports both the physical and emotional aspects of winding down, making it an effective aid for anyone struggling with sleep disturbances or nighttime anxiety.

Fill your diffuser or oil burner with the appropriate amount of water and add up to 15 drops of the oil, enjoy as the scent fills your space!
