Clementine is known for it's bright and uplifting aroma, believed to promote feelings of happiness and create a sense of calm.

Palmarosa can alleviate emotional stress and promote mental clarity and focus providing benefits to cognitive function and concentration. 

Geranium, another uplifting essential oil, works well to balance emotions and alleviate feelings of irritability and sadness, It can support emotional resilience and encourages a sense of peacefulness.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Fill your diffuser or oil burner with the appropriate amount of water and add up to 15 drops of the oil, enjoy as the scent fills your space!

If you have concerns about using products with essential oils (such as medical conditions or pregnancy) then please consult a qualified aromatherapist or health professional.  For External use only. Keep out of reach of children. If in contact with skin or eyes, rinse well.

TIP: You can also add a few drops of this blend into your bath (not for children under 5) or blend with a carrier oil to create a massage oil.
