Ordering & Shipping
What are your delivery charges within the UK?
We offer Royal Mail Standard Delivery (2nd Class, 3–5 days) at £3.50. Orders over £60 qualify for free UK shipping.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Most UK parcels arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Products & Ingredients
Do you use fragrance oils or only essential oils?
We only use 100% pure essential oils – never synthetic fragrance oils. This means our skincare, soaps, bath soaks, washes, candles, and wax melts are naturally scented, chemical-free, and offer genuine aromatherapy benefits.
Are your candles, soaps, and skincare products non-toxic?
Yes. Everything we make is created without parabens, SLS, synthetic perfumes, or harsh chemicals. Our soy wax candles and melts are paraffin-free, and our skincare, soaps, and bath products are formulated with natural, plant-based ingredients to be kind to skin and the environment.
Are your products organic?
Many of our ingredients are certified organic. We are working towards using more organic and sustainable ingredients across our full collection of skincare, soap, bath, and aromatherapy products.
Do your products help with menopause and wellbeing?
Our blends are chosen for their well-known natural properties — such as promoting calm, improving sleep, soothing skin, or uplifting mood. While we’re not medical professionals, many women find our aromatherapy, skincare, and bath products supportive for relaxation, stress, and menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, and restless sleep.
Seasonal & Wellbeing
Do you create seasonal blends for autumn and winter?
Yes. Our autumn and winter aromatherapy collections include warming spice blends (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg) and soothing bath products designed to bring calm and comfort during the darker months.
Which essential oils are best for sleep, relaxation, or mood?
For sleep, calming oils like lavender and chamomile are favourites. For uplifting mood in autumn/winter, citrus oils such as sweet orange are wonderful. For relaxation and menopause support, clary sage and geranium are often chosen.
Are your products good for gifts?
Yes — our eco-friendly, handmade skincare, soaps, bath soaks, soy candles, natural wax melts, and aromatherapy blends make thoughtful gifts, especially during the festive season. They are perfect as Christmas gifts for women, for those seeking natural skincare, chemical-free home fragrance, and wellbeing-focused presents.
Sustainability
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes. We package orders using recycled, recyclable, reusable, or compostable materials. Glassine bags and soy-ink tissue paper are fully compostable, and our gift ribbons are made from recycled plastic bottles.
Can I recycle your tealight holders?
Yes — most local councils recycle aluminium tealight holders. If not, we recommend sending them to The Recycled Candle Company for specialist recycling.
Do you offset your carbon footprint?
For every order placed, we plant a tree in our Soapery 21 forest in Madagascar via Ecologi.

Can I return an order?
