RELAX a balancing, calming & restful blend including Bergamot, Lavender & Verbena

The essential oils in this blend are deeply relaxing both for body and mind and can help promote a feeling of calm. It can also assist in relieving feelings of anxiety.

The Blend in detail:

The RELAX blend creates an atmosphere of relaxation and emotional balance, both uplifting the spirit and providing a calming influence on emotions. 

Bergamot is a mood enhancing essential oil, uplifting and relaxing it can ease stress and tension and promote a sense of wellbeing and relaxation.

Lavender is well known for it's calming qualities, helping to calm the mind and body and promote rest and recouperation.

Verbena can help ease nervous tension and promote a sense of peace and tranquillity.

Fill your diffuser or oil burner with the appropriate amount of water and add up to 15 drops of the oil, enjoy as the scent fills your space!
