DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Spray onto pillows, bedding, around your home, or even on your yoga mat—anywhere you want to invite a little more peace.

Shake the bottle to mix the oils, spray 2 - 5 pumps around the room or on bedlinen a few minutes before bedtime.

Inhale the scent and enjoy the sleep promoting benefits of this essential oil blend.
