REFRESH Diffuser Blend

REFRESH is a cleansing, freshening and clarifying blend of essential oils including Lemon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary & Lavender.

The blend is versatile and can be adapted for various needs. The essential oils in this blend have antiseptic and antibacterial qualities which can help cleanse and freshen the space it is used in. The invigorating scent can help improve concentration and mental clarity. It antibacterial and antiviral qualities make it a great go to blend  to assist in easing cold and congestion symptoms.

The REFRESH Blend is both uplifting and energising, making it an effective blend to enhance mood, reduce stress and promote mental clarity and improve focus.

Lemon and Eucalyptus are refreshing and invigorating, enhancing mood, boosting energy and relieving stress.

Rosemary is known for it's memory enhancing and cognitive stimulating properties, which can help to enhance concentration, reduce fatigue and increase productivity. 

Lavender offers calming effects to both help relieve anxiety and balance the energising qualities of the other oils

Lemon and Eucalyptus have natural antiviral, antimicrobial ad antibacterial properties and an can help clear the airways, ease breathing and generally have a positive effect on respiratory health

Fill your diffuser or oil burner with the appropriate amount of water and add up to 15 drops of the oil, enjoy as the scent fills your space!
