    The blend in detail:

    The CALM blend, with its combination of essential oils helps to soothe and calm a busy mind and helps to encourage emotional balance.

    Lavender well known for its calming and soothing effects, promotes a sense of peace and tranquility while reducing anxiety and stress. Sweet Orange offers uplifting yet calming qualities, helping to alleviate feelings of sadness and tension. Chamomile helps ease tension, reduce stress and anxiety.

    Together the blend supports both the physical and emotional aspects of winding down, making it an effective aid for anyone struggling with a ' busy brain', stress or anxiety.

    The essential oils are family friendly and can be used for all ages*. *We do not recommend topical application ( which should always be diluted) for babies under 3 months.

    DIRECTIONS FOR USE

    Add a few drops to your diffuser before bed, mix with a carrier oil for a calming massage, or stir into a warm bath to create a serene, spa-like atmosphere at home. However you choose to use it, SLEEPY helps you create a nurturing bedtime ritual rooted in nature and stillness.

    Fill your diffuser or oil burner with the appropriate amount of water and add up to 15 drops of the oil, enjoy as the scent fills your space!

    If you have concerns about using products with essential oils (such as medical conditions or pregnancy) then please consult a qualified aromatherapist or health professional.  For External use only. Keep out of reach of children. If in contact with skin or eyes, rinse well.

    TIP: You can also add a few drops of this blend into your bath (not for children under 5) or blend with a carrier oil to create a massage oil.
